- Dormant tubers do not qualify for refunds.

Dahlia Guarantee
I guarantee the following- all tubers are guaranteed to have at least one visible eye, which will be circled and arrowed prior to shipping. Each tuber is also guaranteed to be true to variety, or a full refund or replacement will be given. I stand by my product, however viable tubers with cosmetic issues will not be refunded.
I will only send out tubers I would be happy to receive myself. If I wouldn't buy it, I won't sell it.
Tubers may be dormant upon receiving, but an eye will be circled.
I take great care in labeling, only confirming varieties after they bloom in my garden and maintaining that accuracy through storage. That said, in the rare event of a mix-up (I’m only human!), I will gladly make it right.
To qualify for a refund due to mislabeling, please contact me by September 30th.
If you believe you have accidently received a blind tuber please email me immediately at never2manydahlias@gmail.com with photos. I will walk you through how to wake the tuber up, and if that fails, I will send you a full refund or replacement if I have extras available.
Your happiness and trust means so much to me, and I want you to love what you grow. Please contact me if you have any issues, especially before going to social media. I am a small business and poor reviews without giving me the chance to make it right could harm my business.
Shipping
Tuber orders will begin shipping between April 1st and April 30th. To help ensure safe delivery, orders shipping to warmer climates will be shipped first, with cooler regions following as weather conditions allow.
At this time, I am unable to combine shipping on multiple orders. If you place separate orders, each order will be shipped in its own package and will incur its own shipping charges.
Your tubers' safety is very important to me! If you receive a shipping notification and an unexpected freeze is forecast for your area, please don't hesitate to reach out. I will gladly hold your package and delay shipment until weather conditions are safe for your tubers.
I am not responsible for shipping delays or damages once the package leaves my hands and is in custody of the courier/ in transit. I will ship all packages UPS 2nd day air.
Thank you for your patience and support of my small farm! 💗
Tuber appearance will vary
You will receive one dahlia tuber with at least one visible eye, clearly circled and arrowed. Each tuber includes a neck, crown, eye, and body.
I only offer tubers I would be comfortable receiving myself. All tubers are guaranteed to be viable and true to variety.
Tubers naturally vary in size, shape, and appearance. I do not guarantee large or visually “perfect” tubers, as cosmetic differences do not affect performance or plant quality.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the natural variation in dahlia tubers and understand that appearance alone is not indicative of viability.
I received my order, what should I do?
Please carefully open your package and inspect your tubers immediately, you can start your tubers by putting them in a Ziploc baggie or by potting them up. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me via email or the contact form on my site. I stand by my tubers and product and want to make sure you are happy.

Why don't you offer refunds for virus?
First and foremost, let me say I take sanitizing and virus control very seriously.
I sanitize my shears when harvesting blooms, the big foliage chop at the end of the season and when I divide tubers. I sanitize my shears for a minimum of ten minutes in a 10% bleach solution that gets changed daily.
Furthermore, I cull any and all suspicious looking plants. My policy is when in doubt, throw it out.
The American dahlia society estimates 87% of all dahlias carry at least one virus whether we can see it or not. This means even our best-looking plants run the risk of carrying a virus.
Please know I will never sell anything that is showing obvious signs of a viral infection in my garden, but it is impossible for me to know, especially if my stock looks good, where the virus came from, and that is why I don't refund for viral infections.
If this policy makes you uncomfortable, I ask that you please do not purchase from me.
